Initial Style Conferences is the UK market leader in hotel conference venues designed for dedicated residential conferences and training. We operate 28 residential hotel conference venues offering clients a choice of style and size from magnificent mansions to modern purpose built facilities.

A whole range of events can be catered for – from one-off meetings to a series of training courses, from large conferences to product launches, sales kick-offs and even bespoke branded venues/pods. Most conference venues have extensive grounds ideal for corporate fun days and small or large-scale team-building activities and 3 have PGA standard golf courses.

We also operate one non-residential venue for day meetings – Portland Place in central London.

From the Scottish Borders to Southampton, from Reading to Enfield and into London, all 29 venues are situated in convenient and accessible locations. Twenty four (24) hour and day delegate prices are all-inclusive so that there are no budget-sapping extras at the end of the day.
